The Detailed Design developed the following actions aimed at the renewal for 12 years of the concession of Alcudiamar:
- Design of the new dry dock with a surface of 12.000 m2 which can accommodate 50 m length ships.
- Urban layout of the port area which encloses the longitudinal pedestrian promenade, the principal square and all docks.
- Construction of the new bar, the new gas station, a technologic building, various enclosures with pergolas, and the storerooms for the boats.
